Delivery Times for ROI Workwear Products
Delivery times vary depending on product availability in our Tallinn warehouse or if ordering from our European central warehouse. In-stock items are available within 2 business days, while ordered items take about 10 business days. Custom logo printing or embroidery may extend production time.

For bulk orders, it's worth requesting a custom quote. When inquiring, mention your industry, team size, and specific needs such as HI-VIS high-visibility clothing. We cater to specific requirements, like offering heat-resistant footwear for welders. We typically respond to standard inquiries within a few hours and more complex ones within a week. Note that orders above 59€ qualify for free delivery.
Design File Requirements
For logo printing or embroidery, we prefer vector graphics files (PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, etc.). Standard image files (JPG, PNG, etc.) are generally unsuitable, but our designers can assist in creating print-ready files. Knowing your logo’s PMS or CMYK color codes ensures accurate reproduction. If unknown, our software can find the closest match.
